Do It For The Culture showcases some of the best artists in the country and brings some of the most important music industry professionals in the game to interior BC! Do It For The Culture is a movement that is amplifies the voices of underrepresented artists and professionals, with a specific focus on those who make music of black origin.
The conference features some of the top industry tastemakers and gamechangers from across North America, sharing their insights on how to make it as an artist in today's market. From panels on how to land sync placements and festival bookings to a keynote interview with someone who has been getting insights from the biggest names in the game, if you're looking to develop your career in the music industry you don't want to miss this!

Angeline relocated from Alberta to Toronto in 2010 to take over as Midday host at FLOW 93.5 eventually accepting a position as host and producer at CBC MUSIC in 2016. On Jan. 18th 2021 CBC MUSIC announced that Angeline would become the host of a brand new Black Music focused show called “The Block” |
