Do It For The Culture is a premier music conference and festival, dedicated to amplifying underrepresented artists, particularly in Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrobeats. Founded by Teon Gibbs, the event provides a platform for Black artists to showcase their talent, connect with industry professionals, and access career-building resources. With a strong focus on accessibility and regional representation, Do It For The Culture is reshaping Canada’s music landscape by creating equitable opportunities for emerging talent and bringing together professionals working in the Black music space.
