The Industry Meet Up gives conference attendees the opportunity to participate in up to five one-on-one meetings from a group of industry professionals across sync, management, marketing, live music, radio, labels, distribution and more. These focused meetings are designed to build connections, ask questions, gain insight and receive direct industry feedback.

How do the One-on-One Meetings work?

Once you purchase a Panels + Meetings ticket, you'll be sent a form to complete.

On the form you will choose the time slots that you're available to meet, the topics you're most interested in discussing, and choose your top preferred delegates to meet with.

Due to scheduling and availability, we likely won't be able to match you with every preferred delegate on your list, but we will attempt to include as many as possible, and focus on the topics you're interested in. Priority will go to those who register first.

Your confirmed meeting schedule will be sent to you no later than Wednesday, August 26th.
